AB Villiers scores fastest 150! South Africa 408/5 vs West Indies

AB de Villiers reached his first century of the ICC Cricket World Cup 2015 match off just 52 balls. It is his third hundred in as many matches against the West Indies in a World Cup. it is also the second-fastest century in a Cup mWorld atch after Kevin O’Brien.This is the Match 19 of Group A match between South Africa and West Indies at the Sydney Cricket Ground (SCG) in Sydney on Friday.

                  Earlier in the day, South Africa skipper AB de Villiers won the toss and elected to bat first,. The Protease came into the match with three changes. JP Duminy and Vernon Philander were out due to injury, while Wayne Parnell was dropped in favour of Kyle Abbott.

              After losing the wicket of Quinton de Kock early, Hashim Amla and Faf du Plessis put on a century stand for the second wicket. Both of them scored a half-century each. However, part-time off-spinner Chris Gayle managed to dismiss both of them in the same over.
                
                AB de Villiers came out to the middle to join Rilee Rossouw. The duo put on 143 runs for the fourth wicket – a South African record for the fourth wicket partnership in a World Cup.
